Celebrating 45 years of Moves Fitness! 🎉
For 26 of those years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of bringing classes to our local community and I truly couldn’t imagine life without it. Nor could I imagine it without the incredible people I’ve met along the way, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
Anyone who’s ever stepped into a Moves class knows just how much fun fitness can be. It’s more than just exercise, it’s energy, laughter, music, and connection. It really is fitness for life.
A huge thank you to everyone who supports my classes, shows up with enthusiasm, and helps keep our wonderful community thriving. You make every session something special.
