Bootcamp UK Gosport Bootcamp UK is one of the UK's leading outdoor fitness specialists. We cater for all abilities from beginners to advanced.

All of our fitness classes take place outdoors in parks and other similar public places, the classes run throughout the year no matter the weather. Each class lasts for 1 hour and includes a specific warm up and cool down. Our classes will be challenging and the instructors will make sure they get the very best from you, however they are conducted in a fun and friendly way which will leave you wi

A huge congratulations to Heather Massey, our Member of the Month! 👏

Although Heather is relatively new to Bootcamp UK Gosport, she has been an absolute powerhouse since joining alongside her husband, Carl. From day one, she's thrown herself into every session with incredible determination, positivity and effort.

Heather is always one of the first to welcome new members, helping them feel part of the team and offering encouragement to anyone who's struggling through a tough workout.

She embodies everything that makes our community so special.

Not only is Heather in phenomenal shape, but she is exceptionally strong too. In fact, she recently proved just how strong she is by winning the Bootcamp UK Strong Person Event! 💪🏆

Heather's attitude, work ethic and willingness to support others make her a thoroughly deserving winner of this month's award. We're incredibly proud to have her as part of the Bootcamp UK family.

What a fantastic turnout for this morning's track and bodyweight conditioning session with Solly! 💪
It was great to see so many familiar faces putting in the hard work, along with some new faces joining us for the first time. The effort, energy and determination on display from everyone was outstanding.
A massive well done to everybody who got out of bed and started their Saturday the right way. Your commitment never ceases to impress, and sessions like this show exactly why our Bootcamp UK Gosport community is so special.

What an incredible result yesterday for Gosport at the Bootcamp UK Strong Person event

I honestly can’t put into words how incredibly proud I am of everybody who took part yesterday. The effort, determination, encouragement and team spirit on display was absolutely outstanding

To have THREE of our Bootcamp UK Gosport girls finish in the top three is simply sensational

You all represented Gosport brilliantly and showed exactly what this community is all about. Watching everyone push themselves, support each other and never give up was amazing to see.

Seeing everyon coaching and supporting other members from all of our locations was fantastic.

Huge thank you to Pete Lines for organising such a brilliant event and giving everyone the opportunity to challenge themselves.

Again. You make me so bloody proud crack some beers and have a blinding bank holiday! ❤️
