Awesome sessions last night, from the children’s class and Adults.

Syllabus work isn’t easy but everyone got on amazingly!

I want to say a massive thank you to Sensei Paul who helped with teaching the black belt syllabus to Leah and Archie.

And a massive thank you to Jeff, Leah, Archie, Violet, Colin, Amber, Tilly and Frankie for helping out with the Mats.
