Carl has worked me over the last year at PureGym Fareham and it shows the hard work, determination and devotion that he has put in has really paid off

Over the last few weeks Carl has taken his weight loss journey to the next level looking to get summer ready with the good weather over the next few months

Results show in his pictures, absolutely outstanding transformation

Carl has lost 6kg in weight. He has been fully transformed with his cardiovascular, strength and overall health which improved massively. Not only that he is now beach ready 😏

I specialise in nutrition/training programmes and advocate a flexible dieting approach

I am passionate about bodybuilding, fitness, and nutrition, and have spent more than 18 years expanding my knowledge of fitness.
