After a great class last week, Dance Fintess is back again this Wednesday at 7:15pm-8pm!

Location: Enjoy Fitness Studio Warsash (see address on poster)

Costing only £7! Great price for a great quality class!

Class consists of warm up, some fitness dance moves and then a cool down. No dance training needed, it’s for all abilities, to keep fit and have fun!
