The ProSprint Timing system kit is unique in the world and is the first reaction time device that is directly linked to the sprint stand (NikNak ProStand)
Even more it offers a PROSTART timing system that gives a time for a sprint of up to 30m in order to measure your complete acceleration.

The timing system allows any rider to do their sprints with a premium stand & measure your reaction time and a your sprint times.

Trusted by several Elite athletes around the world this innovative product will allow riders to improve and track their explosive power along the winter training and racing seasons.

The NikNak ProStand is a handcrafted product made of powder coated steel which is lightweight but also extremely robust, it’s mounted on 4 adjustable rubber feet that allows the stand to be adapted from Expert size all the way up to Cruiser bikes .

Its inbuilt sensor will automatically get a reaction time on the free PROSTART app which includes the UCI Random Cadence and starts the timer in exactly the same way as a BMX gate.

Linked with either the PROSTART ProReact system or the ProSprint kit or on its own as the ProStand this innovative system will help to improve your reactions , 1st -2nd and 3rd pedals and also your acceleration.

Using either the ProReact or ProSprint kits via the free PROSTART app all data can be logged and saved not just for 1 rider but up to 32 individual riders , perfect for clubs , coaches and Teams .

When we started this Sprintstand journey in April 2022 , we thought it was going to be easy . We tried springs , draw hinges all of which broke after a few weeks of trials by our test pilots.
Weeks & months went by of trying to find the solution that worked without breaking an other part of the stand.
The same goes for every product that I make , everything starts with an idea and then is tested over and over again before anything is offered to the public. We are the test pilots NOT YOU.
Eventually I made it work and have made over 150 Prostands without any mechanical issues with the hinges , each hinge will hold over 160kg , not 25kg like the original draw runners that we tested .
Everything is built to last , probably a mistake on my part because once you’ve got one you won’t need another one , not great business but I work on building a good reputation rather than making money.
I believe they are pretty indestructible, we’ve even had one fully run over by a Tesla car and it still worked , not sure if the car did for much longer. (The driver knew it was there he just decided to drive over it 🤷🏼‍♂️)
, for 2026 we’ve got some funky new graphics with our new logo , hope you like them.

What a day yesterday, woke up in the morning and forgot it was my birthday 😆 in the morning in glorious sunshine and on the way back to Manchester a snow blizzard 🥶 🤷🏼‍♂️
We then performed a Gate service on the electric 5m gate , as of yesterday this gate had done 101051 gate drops (yes that’s correct 100,000 gates) New software installed, hinges changed and 2 speakers now installed with an amplifier for you old deaf cruiser riders , currently on 108db at half volume, if you can’t hear that then I offer a ear syringe service. 😆🔊
To top it all off after getting caked in dust , I received a birthday cake from the Team , a lovely surprise thank you ☺️

I decided to give .x a special build , in Bronze and a special feature a spot light . she was the first person to use the original working prototype and is still using it as it works perfectly , we’ve tweaked the design on the production models since the prototype stage so it’s about time she has an up to date one.
Let’s hope she gets me some videos 😉

First gate completed of 2026 , this time one of the longest running clubs in the country.

Last summer myself and .x attended a local grasstrack race , grasstrack and speedway have always been apart of my life from a very early age watching Ellesmere Port speedway and watching my uncles race at Wallasey sand races, fast forward to 2008 and my kids couldn’t even ride a push bike and we started to go and watch speedway on the Isle of Wight , got hooked again and had the brain wave of doing BMX to learn how to ride a bike and get some bike skills, 18 years later they are still learning 🤣
We didn’t ever get the opportunity to try grasstrack , maybe for the best if you see the injuries my kids have had through riding a bmx 🫣
Anyway back on track to last summer, myself and Hannah were sat watching the grasstrack racing and along comes this dog and sits in the chair next to us , on his dog tag was his name “Buddy the b**** hunter” 🫣🤣 5 minutes later after trying to make conversation with a dog 🤣 his dad turns up and sits down, spoke to him for a bit mainly about Buddy.
A couple of days later photos appeared on instagram/ facebook of the racing and from that started to follow Buddy’s dad on instagram, later became friends on Facebook etc.
Last week I saw a post about donating /sponsoring to help Jamie (Buddy’s Dad) with some racing costs , I thought why the hell not , I don’t make anything to do with grasstrack or speedway at the moment but I think it would be pretty cool if I could in the future.
Hope the contribution I made has helped with your costs , either with fuel , tyres or even dog food 😆
Can’t wait to see my logos on your bikes and good luck for the season ahead Jamie.
