🔥APRIL STRONGMAN COMPETITION🔥

Our next strongman competition is locked in and it’s shaping up to be a big one.

This event features:
• Axle deadlift ladder
• Axle clean & press for max
• Sandbag over yoke / sandball to shoulder
• Yoke for max distance

Categories available Men’s:
Beginners | Novice | Inters

Athlete arrival: 8:45am
Start time: 9:30am

IMPORTANT:
Tickets are limited due to venue capacity.
All attendees require a ticket — including spectators, coaches, and family.
Maximum of 3 spectator tickets per athlete.
No tickets sold on the door. No ticket, no entry.

As we leave 2025 behind, please enjoy some of Big C’s gym fails to laugh your way into 2026 and start the new year with a smile 🤭

Don’t take yourself too seriously—progress isn’t always perfect, and sometimes the best memories come from the moments that don’t go as planned. Life is short, times can be hard, and none of us have it all figured out, so laugh when you can, learn as you go, and have fun along the way.

Sanne Dahlerup Meysen

Sanne had hip replacement operation, shoulder operations and suffers with the horrible Fibromyalgia.

Sanne started with Charlie over 2 years ago and was told that she would never run again, highly advised to stay away from weightlifting...
What a load of bull!

She trains 3 times a week under the watchful eye of Charlie, where they have gone through
*rehabilitation
*mobility training
*strength training
*confidence building

Look at her now!
Running, yes RUNNING with a 40kg and a 50kg sandbag!

Sanne has a unmatched workethic and is incredibly driven, making her a very inspirational woman!
Every workout isn't easy for her, but she drives through with hard work, passion and determination to get fitter, more defined and stronger!

We are incredibly proud of Sanne and look forward to see what she brings to the table next!
