Perfect if you’re a beginner in the gym or if you need a quick and easy workout to do with limited space and equipment. When you get to the gym and it’s busier than you thought or even if you like to workout at home, give this a try and see how you find it🤩

🩶Squat and push (10x4)
🩶Bulgarian split squats (10x3 each leg)
🩶RDL into upright row (8x4)
🩶Snatches (8x4 each arm)
🩶Rear fly (10x3)

Here’s an upper body workout I did last week. It is an area I neglect so I’m trying to motivate myself more to train upper body as well as lower body. I actually really enjoyed this workout as well! Give it a try and let me know what you think🫶🏻

💚Banded Pull-ups (10x4)
💚Dumbbell around the world (10x3)
💚Dumbbell curl to press (8x4)
💚Barbell bent over row (8x4)
💚Dumbbell bench supported row (10x3 each arm)
💚Dumbbell front to lateral raises (10x3)
💚Hanging knee tucks (10x3)

Complete one set of each exercise and swap every time an exercise is complete. Rest between the completion of both exercises per person so it’s similar to a super set🥳

And just like that I’ve finally finished what I’ve dreamt of doing for a while. My own home gym🤩 and It’s come out better than I imagined. It just shows that hard work really does pay off. I’m so proud I managed to do most of it myself with some help from my amazing family who I can’t thank enough! My doors are opening on Saturday for the first time so that you lovely people can come and have a look at what I’ve been working on for the past month.

End of an era🥹
Yesterday was the day I said goodbye to my first ever gym! I just want to thank everyone that has been involved in the start of my PT journey over the past 2 years. If we’ve worked together or trained together, THANK YOU! You guys have made me love my job and have given me the confidence to try somewhere new🤩 I am so sad I’ve had to leave you all but I know each and everyone of you will smash your goals. The love and support I have received from you all has been amazing! Thank you for your kind gifts I’ve received😍 I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and all the very best in 2024!
