Bank holiday Monday, 31st August.

0610 Sun rise beach Pilates, £7….

This will be held on the grass area next to the play park on Stokes Bay (less dog walkers) please bring a mat and a towel.
Optional sea dip after.

1800hrs. Gafirs car park end, on the beach. Please bring food and drink. All welcome. 🩵

Bank holiday sun rise beach Pilates ….

Monday August 31st at 0610. Bring a mat.
Some will be sea dipping afterwards if you fancy this too. What a great way to start the bank holiday.

Good morning all.

I have a space available for a six week beginners course on Monday at 1700-1800.

The body was made to move.

Teaching you the principles of Pilates on the mat. You don’t need to be flexible to start.

Classes are mixed.

Wednesdays at 1115- 1145, Parish Centre Alverstoke, Chair Pilates, room for a couple more.
Exercises are solely in the chair. No standing work, making it accessible to everyone.
