🔥This is what 4 weeks of consistency looks like 🔥
Mum to 2 beautiful girls 🩷🩷 working a full time demanding job which is on the road most of the time, studying for a Masters Degree and also helping her husband on the family farm 😮💨
This girl has the same 24 hours as everyone else but it’s how she chooses to show up that makes the difference! 💫
No excuses! No perfect conditions! She has the commitment, discipline and a decision to keep going even on the hardest days! 🙌🏻
We focused on her nutrition and concentrated on eating whole foods prioritising protein in her main meals while still enjoying a few treats. 🍪🍹🍕
Making sure she has her food planned and prepped ahead for on the road and not having to grab and go! 🥚🥪🍎🥯🥗🫐🥝
Lifting weights…1-1 training sessions, building strength and muscle 🏋️♀️ her energy in the gym is infectious 💥
We set a realistic step target which she consistently hits most days and when she doesn’t she makes up at the weekend 🚶♀️
Water intake increased to 2-3 litres daily 💦
AND she stays accountable to me, checking in every evening with how her day has went.🎯
This is proof that you don’t need more time…you need stronger priorities!! ✨
