Most people expect the changes to happen overnight or after 1/2 sessions.
Don’t worry if you don’t see changes straight away as that’s normal, just keep consistent with both your diet and training. Then the results will follow.
Find yourself a plan that works around your schedule and makes the process enjoyable!
This is my change in roughly 18 months, which has taken a lot of time and dedication. I’m happy with the changes so far as I’ve packed on some muscle, but I’m not satisfied just yet😅
My top tips:
1. Work with intensity
2. Execute each exercise with perfect form
3. Try to progress your lifts each session (increase weight or reps)
