Hi guys,

Training starts back on June 1st at Penllergaer Sports And Social Club.

Training times have changed and are now as follows:

Children’s class- 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Adult’s class- 7:45pm - 8:45pm

We look forward to seeing you back and training hard! 😁
