Gem D Dance - Adult Dance Workout and Dance Classes Dance workout in the Gorleston area ….. for adults who just wanna have fun, workout & dance!! This is the class for you!!

Dance Workout, with Gem D Dance is Tuesday nights, 8:30pm - 9:30pm. Location: Riverside Studio's, Riverside Road, Gorleston, Norfolk. The class consist of a full warm-up, staying the same each week, and includes cardio, stretch, ab's & an arm workout. The last 1/2 of the class is a routine which will change each week, so no need to worry about remembering it for the week after! Watch this page for more classes, as I'm hoping to add more classes soon!

We are fully booked at the moment due to covid government guidelines.
