What is Aerial Yoga? Aerial Yoga uses a silk hammock that supports your body as you move. It helps you stretch more comfortably, take pressure off yo

ur joints, and experience gentle floating poses. It’s calming, accessible, and perfect for beginners, stiff bodies, anxious movers, or anyone looking for a softer approach to wellbeing. What is Aerial Pilates? Aerial Pilates blends classic Pilates exercises with the support of the silk hammock. It gently strengthens your core, improves posture, and helps you move with more confidence — all without strain or intensity. The hammock supports your weight so you can build strength in a safe, comfortable way. All bodies. All ages. All experience levels. No strength, flexibility, or background in yoga is required. Most of our students are complete beginners. What we offer

✨ Meet Chloe ✨

You may already know and love Chloe from our Mat Pilates classes Aerial Yoga | Mat & Reformer Pilates | Boutique Studio and we’re so excited to share that she’s now a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor too! 🤍

Chloe’s love for movement and fitness comes from her background in sports, including rugby and training in the gym. After discovering Pilates, she’s brought together her passion for strength, movement and control to create classes that are both motivating and mindful.

As we launch our brand new Reformer Pilates classes next week, Chloe will be there to guide you every step of the way. Whether it’s your very first time on the reformer or you’re ready to take your practice to the next level, she’ll make you feel confident, supported, and empowered from start to finish.

Expect stronger bodies, lots of encouragement, a few wobbly legs, and plenty of post-class smiles. 😉
