Marshland Harriers Junior Football Club We are a new, exciting, nurturing grassroots football club open to all ages and abilities.

OK, so, apologies we have been absent for a while. Things never go to plan do they?!
We have taken this time, deliberately, to take stock and reevaluate our direction. Easier said than done what with the growth of football, particularly in the girl/women game x
We welcome thoughts from the wider community and to understand where the gaps lie at grassroots. We are eager to get up and running and are chomping to get a team(s) entered for the coming season. But at what age level? We can't cater across the board and all age ranges, so where to start.. ? U7, u10, girls only, impairments etc,
Also, we would love parents to actively help out and take a side on, either coaching or managing a team. Would you be interested?
We have a fabulous sponsor and our admin etc is ready to go, as are our playing kits.

As the weather is now taking a turn we are pleased to let everyone know that Tuesday night training will now take place inside in Reedness Primary School Sports Hall. Parking on site is available. We have also adjusted our training times. We will now be training 5.15pm-6.15pm every Tuesday evening. We look forward to seeing everyone there tonight.

Does anyone have a gazebo/tent /awning that they would consider selling or donating to our club please? With the weather deciding to improve, it is important for the children to be protected and afforded the much needed shelter during training.

We are super excited for the start of this seasons training. We would like to invite any children who will be starting/returning to school in a few days, in both Reception and Year 1 to join us at our weekly training sessions. These will be held on a Tuesday evening from 5-6pm on the playing field opposite Reedness Primary School. As we will be preparing this year, ready to join a competitive league in September 2024 at u7 level, we can't wait to build our team.
Even if you are not interested in the competitive aspect, please come and join us for training.

What an amazing day we had today at our club launch! Thank you to all who attended. It was lovely to see you all and even better to see the children enjoying themselves and doing so well. We can't wait to invite you back and share what's yet to come.
