In today’s world, kids are spending more and more time on phones, tablets, and screens and that makes encouraging them to move even more important. Exercise isn’t just about fitness it’s about building confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Today Jenson officially started his first Couch to 5K! 🎉 Even though he can almost run a full 10K already, he decided to strip it back to basics and follow a structured plan. It’s a great reminder that progress isn’t always about going full throttle it’s about building consistency, learning good habits, and enjoying the journey.

Getting kids active, whether it’s a run, a game, or just playing outside, helps them balance screen time with movement and develops habits that support their health and happiness for years to come. 👟💙

Let’s help the next generation fall in love with exercise and show them that being active can be fun! 🌟

Days later, I’m still buzzing from the whole experience 💫

As you can probably tell from the photos, there are definitely some stations I prefer more than other but it’s all part of the process 😂

Now I’m ready to get back into training and start preparing for the next one. I know exactly where I need to improve, and I’ve got a plan to come back even stronger 💪🏻

I’m still buzzing after my first HYROX!!

Absolutely loved it, and I’m not disappointed with my time at all, especially since I wasn’t feeling well and we somehow ended up running an extra lap!

Definitely caught the HYROX bug and already can’t wait for the next one 💥
