A few members have decided to roll at least once a week, so at the end of yesterday's evening session, that's exactly what they did. This is Swan, but Allan, Kenny and Claire also executed nice rolls (can only post one video at a time)👏👏

Lovely weather for yesterday's club night. We paddled up past the golf club and back. Very enjoyable 😊

Tuesday evening club night was a practical navigation session led by Anne down at Meikle Ferry. We paired up and plotted various routes, working out bearings and timings, then tried them out to see how accurate we were (or not!!). Thanks Anne for a great evening 🚣🧭⌚

If you're heading out in the hills, particularly alone, it's a good idea to have a late back procedure.

Let a trusted person know:
📍 where you're going
🕝 what time you expect to be back
🚘 where you're parked
🧭 your planned route
🧥 what you're wearing
📱 your mobile number

Make sure they know what to do if you don't check in when expected.

This gives you peace of mind knowing someone will raise the alarm if needed. Just remember to let them know when you're back off the hill to avoid raising a false alarm.
