Stretch & Tone is now back on every Friday 9am-10am, starting this Friday (11th September) until the Christmas holidays - excluding October holidays 🏋️‍♀️

This Fridays class is on our website and ready to book! 😊

Each class is bookable within 7 days of the session if you are a highlife member.🏃‍♂️
Non highlife members can book within 3 days!
