Well done to Rachel who hit her first unbanded chin up today 💪🏻

This was no fluke and she went on to do more than one.
All the ground work, strength training is paying off and this is such a great achievement.

One thing I hear a lot is “I don’t have the confidence to go to a gym” and “I don’t know what I’m doing” which is why I came up with this ladies only Bootcamp.

It’s affordable with a pay as you go option and you will get all of the guidance and support you need.

Actually really pleased that I’ve got in 5 sessions this week.
I was booked onto class this morning but ended up having to train solo, so due to injury I had to adapt the Fusion class and for some reason made it way worse which didn’t go well…..lots of water breaks and even had to stop to put a plaster on but I got it done.

Buzzing for this PB yesterday. Along with muscle ups we’ve been follow g a Back Squat program, she still had one more week plua deload before testing but when it came up in the gyms program yesterday we thought why not give it a go and she only went and hit 97.5kg from 85kg.
Got to keep going now for that big 100kg!!

Happy with 107.5kg as a starting point for the gym Squat cycle starting next week.
Those severe DOMs after ski ing paid off.
