🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We’re excited to share that .strong__pt is now the co-owner of a brand new, state of the art fitness facility located right next door to the iconic Fitness Golborne.

Designed to cater for everyone from first-time gym users to competitive athletes, the new studio will offer an extensive class timetable, premium training facilities, and flexible studio hire opportunities.

To celebrate the launch, we’ll be hosting our HYROX Simulation Event here on 5th July. This is one event you won’t want to miss! 🔥

The transformation is already underway, and we’ll be sharing regular updates as we bring this incredible space to life.

💥 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: JOHN 💥

We caught up with John after completing our 8 Week Challenge earlier this year, and his results speak for themselves! 👏

“I chose to do the 8 Week Challenge because after Christmas I had two choices… get in the gym and make a lifestyle change, or buy a whole new wardrobe! 🤣

Signing up straight away gave me a different mindset because I had a clear goal to work towards. The 8 weeks were a fantastic journey. Not only did I build a routine in the gym, but more importantly, I completely changed my approach to nutrition.

Planning and prepping meals stopped me from snacking and grabbing food for convenience. The first week was definitely the toughest, both with the food and the classes, but as the weeks went on my fitness improved, the weight started dropping, and the challenge became part of my daily routine rather than a chore.

Losing 14lb during the challenge set me up perfectly to continue my journey. Even though I finished two months ago, I’m still training 3-4 times a week, meal prepping, and maintaining a balanced routine. Since the start of the year, I’m now 21lb down, building muscle, and feeling so much better in myself.

The support from the coaches and nutrition advice from the team has helped improve my energy levels, sleep, and overall lifestyle. It’s been a real game changer.”
