The clocks go back today. Your game doesn’t have to.

When daylight disappears before the working day is over, our indoor TrackMan bays give you somewhere to keep playing, practising and improving.

Dark outside. Game on inside. 🕰️⛳

Book your next session and keep your game moving forwards.

Open until 10pm during the week.

October golf can give you four seasons in one round.

🥶 Cold hands.
💦Wet grips.
💨Gusting wind.
⛳A different lie with every ball.

There is still plenty of good golf to be played outdoors. But when you are trying to make a change, consistent conditions matter.

At Golfontrack, you can practise from the same surface, use premium golf balls and receive clear TrackMan feedback on every shot.

No wondering what the weather changed. Just useful practice.

A brand-new benefit for Practice Plus: keyless access 🔑

We’ve recently introduced additional keyless hours for Practice Plus members, giving you even more flexibility over when you practise.

Keyless sessions will be available:
⏰ Monday to Friday: 6am–9am and 9pm–11pm
⏰ Saturday: 6am–9am and 5pm–7pm
⏰ Sunday: 6am–7pm

Whether you prefer an early start, an evening session or more time at the weekend, it’s easier to keep your practice routine consistent.

All keyless sessions can be booked through the new portal by anyone with a Practice Plus membership. ⛳

Feel isn’t always real.

What you think your body or club is doing can be very different from what is actually happening.

Video and TrackMan give you an objective picture.

Once you can connect the right feeling with the real movement, practice becomes more focused—and changes become easier to repeat on the course. 🎥

On World Mental Health Day, a reminder that golf can be about much more than the score.

It can give you something to focus on, time away from the everyday and a reason to spend time with other golfers.

Our group coaching classes are built around learning new skills, sharing the experience and having fun along the way.

Because improvement is always easier when you enjoy the process. ⛳

Today is World Teachers’ Day.

For us, good coaching means more than telling somebody what to change.

At Golfontrack, we teach you how to learn. That means helping you understand what is happening, why it is happening and how to recognise it for yourself.

A better golf swing matters. So does knowing how to find it again when you are on your own.

That is the difference between receiving an instruction and genuinely learning.

The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship gets underway today across the Old Course at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns.

Some of the world’s best will be tested by changing winds, strategic decisions and three of Scotland’s finest links courses.

While we can’t promise the Scottish weather, you can take on St Andrews for yourself on TrackMan at Golfontrack.

Play the course. Test your decisions. See whether you can avoid the Road Hole bunker.

If you wait until spring to start working on your golf, you may spend the opening months of next season trying to understand what needs to change.

Start now and you can use the coming months to:

💭Review this season properly.
🫡Understand your current patterns.
🔢Establish accurate starting numbers.
🔁Build a realistic practice routine.
📈Track whether the work is producing results.

At Golfontrack, we won’t simply give you a long list of swing changes.

We’ll help you understand your game, learn how to practise and create a coaching programme around the time you have available.

Your next season can be different. But the work starts now.

23/09/2026

If your practice has stopped producing results, doing more of exactly the same thing may not be the answer.

Try changing the challenge:

🎯Alternate between different clubs and targets.
❌Introduce consequences for poor shots.
🟧Use video or TrackMan data for clearer feedback.
💭Move from repetitive drills to simulated on-course situations.
⛳Take what you are learning onto the golf course.

A plateau doesn’t always mean the plan has failed. It may mean your practice needs to evolve.

This is where coaching can help you understand what is holding you back and decide what to do next.

16/09/2026

Hitting thousands of golf balls can make you tired. It doesn’t automatically make you better.

Repetition is only useful when you understand:

What you are trying to change.
Why you are making the change.
What successful feedback looks like.
Whether the improvement transfers to the course.

Without feedback or a clear intention, repeatedly hitting balls can simply reinforce your existing habits.

A productive session should include time to understand the movement, practise it and then test it with different clubs, targets and consequences.

Don’t measure practice by the number of balls you hit. Measure what you learned.
