• Virtual classes start from tomorrow 16th - £3 per sessions or £10 for 5
• Outdoor sessions from Saturday 21st - £7 per sessions or £30 for 5

As always our virtual classes will all be recorded and available to book on to do at a convenient time for you

It was a sweaty one let me tell you that! 20 minute circuit followed by a 3 minute finisher

Sausages have the most scrummiest veggie and vegan options, definitely one of the easier swaps if you are looking to mix it up or cut down on meat consumption

From the 21st June there will be Live and on demand classes Monday - Friday, 5 classes a week

Unlimited access for just £30 (£1.50 a class)
- New class styles
- Live classes daily
- All class recordings shared for you to access whenever you want

I’ve been pretty quiet on the social front, with only the odd story here and there. My day job turned a bit hectic so juggling it all has been full on!
I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that has supported this journey, joined classes, given me the pep talks to keep going... and we are only just at the beginning!
You all motivate me every day and I’m so happy I get to be a part of your journeys as well!
You are all amazing and don’t forget it 💕💕

Tortilla wrap pizzas...
Doesn’t look much but hits a craving 🍕🙋‍♀️

Spread a little bit of tomato purée onto the wrap then we topped ours with left over veggies we had in the fridge, spinach and vegan cheese, into the oven until they turn slightly crispy round the edges.
We had two each but I definitely didn’t need both, maybe 1 and a half
Quick easy dinner and one to use up leftovers!

45 minutes sessions, for all abilities!!
