Today's home workout.
And
Tonight's session.
Sometimes I think it could be so easy to say 'no' and just sit down. "I'll start again when I can go to the gym"
But it takes one second to change your mind and make a difference.
I don't expect to increase or change my fitness but I can stay healthy.
Remember there are different types of fitness and you have to find yours. Use the tools around you to maintain it until we can get back out.

2mile a day (minimum) for 21 days completed.. Finishing with a flurry ❄️❄️❄️
First with a lovely walk in the snow with then on to do my last run of the 21. Pushed for the finish line, didn't ease off. And although parts of the challenge have been hard, it's so rewarding when you complete it. But 21 days isn't the majic answer, now it's important to use the good habits made to continue the rest of the year. The training was just part of my challenge along with watching what I eat has given me the lift, energy and focus to make this happen

Day #19, 2mile per day for 21 days. After Friday night This has felt tougher than I thought, impact every day has taken its toll. So I have added some bike miles and as always my fieldfit sessions x3 per week. Yes I'm looking forward to a day of rest but I definitely feel good and better for it.

Challenged my self to 2 mile a day (minimum) for 21 days.
and doing well. Legs felt heavy from this week's runs and workouts but did further than planned as felt good to go. Any challenge is good if it pushes you but is achievable. Don't compare yourself with others, just with yourself and do your best. And keep it up.
