I went on a family trip over to France
8/8/25-15/8/25 and the lake had done a fair few fish in recent weeks averaging 25 fish per week, that didn’t sound too bad to me and I was buzzing to get started.
I was using p fish boilies in my mix with h**p and maize with a very good amount of the p fish liquid food. Fishing over the top of my free hair I was using 3 different hook baits (yellow peril,nuts plus and finally p fish wafters)

The week went extremely well with us braking the lake record of captures, the record stood at 57 fish and we went on to land 63.
Multiple pbs landed with myself landing a new pb common, mirror and also grass carp

What an incredible session we had, I put this down to the effort of moving rods onto showing fish constantly and also the bait we used.

I hosted a 1:1 tutorial at linear fisheries and instead of heading home, I chose to stay and do a cheeky over nighter. My decision paid off with a 42lb 7oz lump.

Oh what to do when you have a weeks holiday? 🤔
Decided to split my week off between two different syndicates.
Firstly I headed off down to Sheff’s Fishery for a few nights, I decided to bait an area heavily with P Fish whole & chopped and glugged and fish two rods on the spot, out of 8 fish, 7 came from the spot, with a 26lb 7oz & 30lb 2oz Mirror being the biggest along with 5x20’s and an upper double.
Next off after a night home to restock etc it was off up to Turbary carp syndicate, I decided to use the same approach as above, the first 48hrs resulted in to Mirrors of 20lb 9oz & 33lb 1oz, unfortunately with the change of wind the fish did the off, with hindsight I should of moved, but I stuck to my spots, lesson learned!!🤦
Still more than happy with the two landed.
All fish fell to P Fish Skinz Boilies with a cut down Yellow Peril Pop up to create a wafter.
