First Strokes Godmanchester Formerly Godmanchester Community Pool this charming swimming pool is conveniently located on the school site of Godmanchester Academy.

The pool is housed in a log cabin built by Norwegian log with pool hall, viewing room and changing facilities.

We are pleased to announce the swimming pool will be open again from Saturday the 23rd of December.

We would like to say thank you to all of our customers for your patience and look forward to welcoming everyone back.

Temporary Pool Closure:

Update 22.12.23 - The pool will be reopening on Saturday the 23rd of December 2023.

Dear First Strokes Customers,

We thank you for your continued understanding of our ongoing boiler issues. Due to the continuing issues, we have decided to close the pool from today, Wednesday the 13th of December, until a new boiler is fitted next week. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Further communication will be sent via email to our swimming lesson customers and phone calls made to any pre-bookings.

All next week we are inviting our swimmers to bring £1 and swim in their PJs for Children in Need week.*

You will have lots of fun while learning vital water safety skills all while helping to raise money for Children in Need.
