Based out of Valkyrie HQ, I offer strongman and strength and conditioning classes, PT and online coaching. I am a certified level 3 personal trainer with a keen interest in strength and conditioning. I have a vast range of experience working with elite level athletes across multiple disciplines, from rugby to strongman. Through utilising my academic knowledge, coaching and personal experience I can help you reach your goals.

We crossed the line at 1:11:14 — the longest and hardest I’ve ever worked, and I’m genuinely amazed at how far my fitness has come over the last year.

Getting to do it alongside my wife made it even more special. She’s incredible and pushed me right to my limits. ❤️💪

Huge shoutout to everyone from Valkyrie HQ who showed up, competed, and supported each other. The energy was unreal and made the Guinness taste even better afterwards.

What a weekend at with Team Ass-Guardians! 💥

When we first started training together back in January, the goal was simple: show up, work hard, and see what we could do.

To not only make the tug of war play-offs, but place 3rd out of 136 teams and then finish 6th overall is just unreal 🤯. Even more impressive is that other than me none of them do fitness for a living – this is their hobby – yet they show up week in and week out to give it everything!

The events were brutal (the final was savage with only half the teams even finishing!), but the grit, teamwork, and attitude from everyone in this squad never ceases to blow me away. I couldn’t have asked for a better team, and to have my wife .a.matthews out there competing alongside me made it even more special ❤️.

Also, big shout out to the team for dragging along “The Meat” who’s slow going up hills and looks like he’s moving in slow motion on burpees 🤦‍♂️😂 – you lot definitely carried me more than once!

This is just the beginning. The potential in this team is huge, and I’mbuzzing to see where we can take this over the next few years. Massive respect and appreciation for every single one of you – you made this weekend unforgettable 🙌🔥.
