The season is done. Before you rush into the next one, STOP for a minute.
Look at what you actually did. Every early alarm. Every session nobody saw. Every time you turned up when you really didn’t want to. It all counts, and most of us are terrible at giving ourselves credit for it.
Be HONEST with yourself, and be PROUD at the same time. Celebrate what went right. Learn from what didn’t. Both are useful. Neither makes you any less of an athlete.
Then ask the bigger question: what do you want next year to look like? And, more importantly, WHY does it matter to you?
This is where a coach earns their place. When you’re close to your own season, it’s hard to see it clearly. A coach gives you honest eyes on what happened, helps you spot the patterns you’d miss, and turns a big goal into a plan you can actually follow.
The road never goes straight. It bends, it climbs, it doubles back. That’s not failure. THAT IS THE ROUTE. But you don’t have to plan the next stretch alone.
So, what’s your goal for next season? Tell me below, and let’s start building it.
