***UPDATE***

I have had multiple cancellations due to time of year and a few people off with injuries. I will cancel tonight’s class completely, but look forward to seeing you all next week ☺️.

After not hearing from anyone regarding the child’s class it will once again be canceled tonight.

Adults, intermediates and over 13’s start at 6:30pm and train till 8pm.

Tonight will be a mixture of open hand techniques and sparing, fitness and precision circuit training as well as looking at combinations.

Due to a lack of numbers in previous weeks I will be canceling the child’s class tonight. Adults (13 and older) is still running 6:30 - 8pm.
