As a Mummy of 2, I know all the struggles of finding the time to exercise whilst looking after my family. I found the main barrier was lack of time and childcare, which is why Buggyfit is amazing as you simply bring your baby or toddler to class with you. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and believe there should be an opportunity for everyone to experience and enjoy exercise, wit

hout having to rely on previous fitness levels. Whether you have never worked out before, are interested in getting back into fitness, or are a regular gym goer – I have the right workout for you! I am happy to adapt or progress each exercise as and when needed, to ensure you always have a challenging but fun and effective workout! In addition to my Personal Training qualification, I also have a degree in Food and Consumer Science, so will be more than happy to offer you tailored advice on healthy eating. I’m excited to start my fitness business and look forward to you being a part of it. In the meantime, please follow me on Facebook and Instagram ~

💪✨ STAY STRONG, MAMA ✨💪

Keeping active during pregnancy isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about supporting your body through one of the biggest changes it will ever go through 🤰💫

Benefits of staying active during pregnancy:
✨ Helps reduce aches and pains as your bump grows
✨ Boosts your mood and energy levels
✨ Supports better sleep
✨ Improves posture and core strength
✨ Helps maintain fitness throughout pregnancy
✨ Can improve circulation and reduce swelling
✨ Supports pelvic floor function
✨ Builds strength and endurance for labour
✨ May aid postnatal recovery
✨ Helps you feel more confident and connected to your changing body
✨ Prepares you for all the lifting, carrying, rocking and pram pushing that comes with life after baby 👶🏼

Remember, every walk, stretch, strength session and workout counts. Movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing - doing something is always better than doing nothing 💕🙌

Your body is doing amazing things. Let’s keep it strong, supported and ready for motherhood! ✨

KEEPING ACTIVE 💪
Growing a human is no small task… so why not feel strong while you’re doing it? 😌✨

Staying active during pregnancy helps your body adapt to the changes happening week by week, think of it as supporting your body through every stage of pregnancy 💫

🎯 Aim for around 150 active minutes a week
🔥 Always warm up & cool down
💧 Keep that water bottle close

And let’s clear this up… lifting weights in pregnancy is not a “no” ❌
It’s actually one of the BEST things you can do (when done safely) 💪

Cardio is great for your heart ❤️
But strength training? That’s what helps you feel strong, supported, and ready for real life… like carrying a car seat, lifting a toddler, or pushing a pram uphill 😅

✨ Why movement + strength training matters in pregnancy:
💚 Supports your mental wellbeing (hello mood boost 🙌)
💚 Keeps your heart and body fit
💚 Helps reduce back pain & common pregnancy aches
💚 Improves circulation & energy levels
💚 Builds strength to support your growing bump
💚 Prepares your body for labour & delivery
💚 Helps with recovery after birth
💚 Gets you ready for mum life (because it’s basically a full body workout 🤪)

You don’t need to go all out - you just need to stay consistent, listen to your body, and move in a way that feels good 💛

Strong mama = supported pregnancy 👊

A little update about Buggyfit 💛

If you’ve ever come along to a session, you’ll know this has always been more than just a workout.

It’s been the pram walks where no one judged how tired you looked.
The chats that turned a hard day into a manageable one.
The fresh air, the laughter, and the feeling that you weren’t doing motherhood alone.

Buggyfit has been a space where you could show up exactly as you are, and be met with support, understanding, and a “you’ve got this” when you needed it most.

And that’s something we built together 🤍

Which is why this decision hasn’t been an easy one…

As I move further into my pregnancy with baby number 3, I’m choosing to slow things down and really listen to my body… something I always encourage you all to do too.

There’s also the practical side. With Buggyfit, I’d need to renew my licence for the year ahead, and with maternity leave taking up most of that time, I know I wouldn’t be able to give this community the consistency and energy it truly deserves.

And this community deserves the best.

So for now, Buggyfit will be taking a break.

This isn’t goodbye, and it’s definitely not the end ~ just a pause for this season 💛

I’m so proud of the community we’ve built together, and so grateful for every single one of you who has shown up (sometimes on very little sleep!) and given it your all.

I’ll still be here, sharing, supporting, and cheering you on, and I fully plan to be back when the time is right.

Thank you for being part of Buggyfit 🤍
Because once you’ve found your people… you never really lose them 🤍

Easter break doesn’t mean your goals take a holiday - show up, stay consistent and get it done! 🐣💪

If you think exercising with kids is too hard… I promise, it’s not as impossible as it sounds 😉

It might not be your usual routine (expect interruptions, giggles, and a few “look at me!” moments), but it’s actually way more fun.

Fresh air, space to move, and no pressure to be perfect 🌿 Getting outdoors instantly lifts everyone’s mood and somehow the workout doesn’t feel like a workout anymore.

Why it’s worth it:
✨ You’re building healthy habits they’ll carry for life
✨ It boosts everyone’s mood (hello endorphins!)
✨ You get quality time and movement in
✨ It teaches them that being active can be fun
✨ And let’s be honest… it tires them out too 😅

It’s not about perfect sets or quiet workouts… it’s about staying consistent, moving your body, and making memories 💛
