🌟 Staff Recognition Award 🌟
A huge congratulations to Cloe, who has been recognised for her hard work, dedication and fantastic attitude at VON. 👏
Cloe is one of those team members who quietly gets on with the job and consistently goes the extra mile. She has taken on a significant amount of the gym cleaning alongside her own responsibilities, helping to ensure our facilities remain clean, welcoming and ready for our customers.
And her hard work certainly hasn't gone unnoticed!
Our customers regularly comment on how friendly and welcoming Cloe is, as well as how much they appreciate the effort she puts into keeping the facilities clean. 🧹✨
Cloe's positivity and motivation are a real asset to the team, and she's also been using her excellent customer service skills to support the reception team when needed.
With VON facing increased staffing pressures following several team members leaving for university, having multi-skilled and flexible colleagues like Cloe has been incredibly important in keeping things running smoothly.
👏 Well done, Cloe, and thank you for everything you do! Your hard work, positivity and willingness to support your colleagues and customers make a real difference. This recognition is thoroughly deserved!
