Glynneath Queen Bees Touch Rugby

18/10/2026

Countdown is on! Good luck to three of our Queen Bees players as they prepare this week to take on the Mixed Ability Rugby Invitational Club at Parc Y Scarlets! If you are able to get down to support Siwan, Elisha and Lowri alongside their Llanelli Warriors teammates next Saturday then go to cheer them on as they take on the international team of MA rugby, the MARIs, in what will be a fantastic fixture and showcase of Mixed Ability Rugby. Pob lwc merched!

Tough night for the Queen bees with only 6 players due to injuries and unavailability but proud of the way they stuck at it and how no one wanted to come off that pitch! Thank you to the Crynant Fillies Women’s Touch Rugby for coming over to play us at the last minute, and for staying to party for a bit with us after! Well done to Elisha (Bees) and Sally (Fillies) on the Player of the match awards.

Thank you to the Soup Dragon pop up, the food was lovely 😋, and to DJ Brad for the music at the Old Skool disco - we had a fab time dancing the night away!

If anyone wants to join the Queen Bees and get fitter and socialise with a great bunch of people, then please come along on Wednesdays to training - 7:15pm, Glynneath Rfc
