Important day in the JDC Wales calendar today with the Welsh Academy Masters. I nearly didn't play feeling so rough with whatever virus is going around but managed to battle through to the semi finals in the main cup. Huge congratulations to Jac Owen on getting the win with great darts all day 🎯

Another great night at PILCs Club with Raging Bullseye Junior Darts Club 🎯 Highlight of the night was definitely hitting a 12 dart leg in the groups. Dropped off a bit towards the end but happy to grind out the win against a fantastic player in the final. Thank you all at Raging Bullseye for the great welcome as always 🙌🏻

🎯 JDC Volt National Finals 2026 🎯

Really happy with a Last 16 finish at the JDC Volt National Finals last weekend.

I qualified for the Nationals after winning the Wales Regional Volt Final a few months ago, so it was great to get the chance to play against some of the best Volt players from around the country.

I finished 2nd in my group, winning 4 out of 5 matches with a 71.70 average, which put me through to the knockouts.

In the Last 32 I beat Oscar Rumsey 4–1, averaging 79.63 with a 90.87 first 9, to get through to the Last 16. 🎯

I played Addison Hefferon next and although the result didn't go my way, I was really pleased with how I played. I averaged 82.89, hit 5 x 100+, 2 x 140+ and a 180 💥 but Addison was really strong and deserved the win.

Nice to see my average going up as the day went on too:

71.70 ➡️ 79.63 ➡️ 82.89

Would obviously have loved to go further, but I'm happy with a Last 16 at the National Finals and there were loads of positives to take from it.

Another great experience and plenty more to work on

🎯 Onto the next one! 🪨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This is the maddest looking dart board you will ever see! 🎯 Great chance to win something really unique, there's only 500 made. It would look incredible displayed in a games room or man cave. Easy entry by PayPal to [email protected]

All funds raised through this raffle will go towards helping all of us in the Welsh squad to participate in even more amazing opportunities in Gibraltar 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🎯
