💥LONG TERM SUSTAINABLE GOALS💥
The individuals behaviours that provide the fastest results aren’t always the best choices when we’re talking about long term success
The reality is that hard work, discipline and intensity will get you better results in the short term.. BUT
If you had take 2 people and had 1 of them training extremely hard daily and in a large caloric deficit and the other person training 3-5 times per week and balancing their caloric expenditure to near maintenance with emphasis on food quality- Person 1 will make the most significant amount of changes to their body composition and metabolic changes after a period of say 4-6 weeks..
However, if you was to check in with person 1 and person 2 in say a year or two, person 2 ( the balanced one) will always be better. Being consistent, balanced and smart is always the option to take especially if you want to enjoy the process and make it more of a lifestyle change not just a quick fix for Ibiza then binge straight after you return🤷🏽♂️ the Hard and heavy person 1 will just burnout, plateau and not enjoy what they’re doing which just leads to failure in the long run.
Morale of the story.. if you want a Gin/beer and a pizza on a Saturday night after a week of training hard and eating well just have one😜
