Round 2 of the AMCA British championship didn’t have a good start for the Holab overflow Yamaha team. Mediocre qualifying and bad starts made for tough racing, buried in mid pack ... Charlie palmer was on for good finishes only a red flag and poor restart gave a lower placed finish than was expected.. Dom Newbury in MX2 rode great in his race finishing at the sharp end only for a bike failure on the line in race 2. But two strong rides on day 2 saw him back in to 6th to finish with strong points and confidence back in the bike on a very rough and demanding circuit..
In MX1, Tyron Cleaver was not his normal, fast starting self and seemed to be spending too much time inspecting the Bromsberrow turf than was required in the well stacked race..
Aaron Colley pulled a podium out of the bag in the final race after also suffering bike niggles in other races … bad luck to Jordy wright who also suffered bike problems to drop him from the box .. Thanks to Luke Dean and Dad for getting us sorted for parts and assistance with Wez Harding on the spanner’s keeping it all moving 💪🏼
Thanks to all behind the scenes that make it all possible.
