Newent Town AFC are delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Stait as First Team Manager.

Ben joins the club with a wealth of experience in both senior and youth football across Wales. His coaching journey has included roles with Newport County AFC, Barry Town United, Risca United and Llantwit Major, alongside his ongoing work as an FAW Coach Educator and Head of Football at Cardiff and Vale College.

We are excited to welcome Ben to Wildsmith Meadow and look forward to the next chapter under his leadership.

Newent Town AFC are on the lookout for a First Team Manager ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Following a strong 2025/26 campaign, the club is now seeking the right person to build on that progress and continue moving things forward both on and off the pitch.

This is a great opportunity to join a club at Step 6 of the non league pyramid with strong foundations, a supportive committee and real ambition for the future.
