So it's time to get back to what I love I'm in talks with a few clubs and will be getting back into teaching martial arts anyone that's interested I will be starting a 3-5 Yr old class, kids class and teen and above. I'll also be taking 1 to 1 and small group sessions just getting the last few details in place ready to start from August any shares and support would be much appreciated.

The grading presentation will have to be postponed until next saturday. Apologies unfortunately the belts haven't been delivered yet! Class will still run 9.30-10.30 and lil warriors will be 10.30-11.

Reminder for the times of gradings tomorrow see you all in the morning :-)

Red belt grading will be 9.30 – 10.00

Yellow belt grading will be 10.15-11.00

Orange and above will be 11.00-12.00

The cost of grading is £20.00 and should be paid before or on the day of the grading.

Please insure you are at pro systems mma before the start of the grading
