My name's Rebecca and hello to those who follow me, I appreciate anyone who takes a look at my page and the content I put out ☺️

I thought I could introduce myself so you get to know a little more about me and why I do what I do:

✨ I qualified in Mat Pilates in August 2023

✨ Since doing Pilates I have found a new love for exercise and moving your body in a way that works for you

✨ I am a book nerd 🤓 and can read a book in like 2 days 📚😅

✨ I'm a big foodie and love trying different restaurants and cuisines

✨ I'm all about balance and enjoying the little things in life 😊

Trying out some more advanced movements 🙌🏼

These are HARD. Did I do them perfectly? No! Trust me, there is a lot that I filmed of me falling and losing my balance 😂 (maybe I'll post that at some point too) but we all start somewhere right 😊

Enjoy the process, enjoy the times where it doesn't go quite right, because then when it does it'll feel so much better 💜
