Long bands classes this week!

I know I often say “I think this is a nice one” and then you all groan and say it wasn’t nice at all. But I do think this is a pleasant one, with plenty of supported exercises with the band to allow us to go deeper, and some nourishing deep stretches. Of course you may disagree!!
