We are coming to the end of our current season, if you think you might like to enter a Mixed Netball team into a Netball Fun League then get in touch asap. Rules are the same as normal just can only have 3 men on court at one time. 2 men are NOT allowed in either shooting or defending circle. www.netballfunleague.co.uk/contact

2 Fixtures today for Mixed Netball at Bentham are playing FASTNET rules:
17:45pm: All Bar One v Cotswold Hurricanes
18:30pm: SLAGS v Bits n Bobs
Reminder of Rules...
A team can have rolling subs. This means that a Sub can swap on with another player at any time during the game. If you have 7 players and want to swap, you need to take off your bibs, off court, and then re join with your new bib on.
GA and GS can shoot outside of the Circle. If they score, then they receive 2 POINTS
The centre pass always goes to the team that DIDN'T score.
The game consists of 4 quarters of 9 minutes each.
Each team is able to nominate ONE quarter as their POWERPLAY. During this quarter ALL GOALS SCORED INSIDE THE CIRCLE are worth 2 POINTS, and 4 POINTS OUTSIDE THE CIRCLE. (Teams MUST tell the umpire at the start of their chosen quarter)
