Don't forget with the weather changing and everyone getting colds ect, the pharmacy do throat swabs now and can issue antibiotics, they also cover lots of other illnesses with advice and remedies. Saves a doctor's time and A+E's and you won't have to wait a week for an appointment, use them sensibly. Our NHS is already on its knees.

Congratulations to our lovely Ken. Ken completed the 100 mile cycling challenge in 4 hours 6 minutes this is with a long term lung disease.
And our lovely lady post knee replacement at 70 years young completed the same challenge after 8 hours and 34 minutes in the saddle. I applaud you both for your resilience and determination 👏👏👏👏

Every Tuesday at 10.15am the ladies of Fearn Fitness Senior show up for they’re workout. From 65 to 80 years young, these recycled teenagers are my inspiration.
