Michi Bikuu Dojo Sensei Vincent McLaren teaches Aikido, yoga, tai chi and mediation. Classes are held on Fridays 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm and Saturdays 10.00 am - 11.00 am

Sensei Vincent McLaren is an experienced aikido instructor. He trained and obtained his Dan grading in Japan under Hideo Hirosawa who was the last deshi of Aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba.
