As you may have seen ive been pushing a challenge for mental health foundation its called step up 2 mental health.
Ive decided to add to it through the fitness class, as a pt my goal is to get people moving more.
For your 1st class it is FREE
after that it is £6, I'm going to use the money to cover the cost of the hall hire and the rest will go to mental health foundation !
The class is a circuit class, designed for all abilities, so if your a beginner come and try it out !!
Numbers will be limited to 14 so you will need to message or visit fit1lifestyle.com to book your place.
