A 3rd win in 10 months 🥳 and last week also marked a full year of zero alcohol 👊🔥

A lot of hard work, discipline and staying focused, and the results are showing.

This morning also brought another opportunity… a call up to fight on one of Wales’ top amateur MMA shows, Samurai, in just 3 weeks time 👊
