For those coming to the strength and conditioning class this evening. Feel free to come into the Fitness Suite before hand if you wanted to have a little workout :-)

Next Week Strength and Conditions class (12th Aug) will be a full body stretch session. Think were all in trouble for not stretching enough.

Regular stretching keeps muscles flexible and healthy, allowing joints to move through their full range of motion. This helps prevent muscle shortening and tightness, which can lead to joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

As we are currently offering Pay as You Go over the summer, for anyone wishing to join this stretch session please sign up at the Fitness Desk. Class starts 17:30 prompt, Studio B behind Fitness Suite. £4.32 for the session

A good session to learn what we need to be doing more regular as part of out training.
