NOBODY HAS A RIGHT TO TOUCH YOU! - Recently I’m hearing of more and more incidents reference men approaching women, making them feel uncomfortable or threatened, following them and of inappropriate touching and behaviour.
It is better to know some self defence and hopefully never have to use it.
At best this will arm you with some useful skills, increase your confidence and awareness. Serious element but fun too with a cool group of women.
