So . . . I got to do this today ! A 60th birthday treat from my fabulous friends (who clearly know me very well and Yes… I’m still celebrating 🥳 !!). We were made very welcome and instantly at ease by the fabulous Rob🙏 An hour of fun, relaxation and challenge. Three cold tubs (4/6/8 degrees) and a sauna with infrared panels! Mr A & I came out feeling 10 years younger ( though sadly not looking 10years younger 🤣). If you’re looking for a new and invigorating experience, we can thoroughly recommend Rob & Cassie from Rejoov
