Well that's a wrap for another year! Thank you to each and every person that has come to Fairford Bootcamp this year- we appreciate you all, an amazing group of people. 💕

Last night we celebrated a years hard work at Fairford Cricket Club, and some certificates were handed out 🌟🌟

But honestly, you're all awesome and all put the effort in- we adore all of you 🥰

🌟🌟 FAIRFORD BOOTCAMP- ON WHATEVER THE WEATHER! 🌟🌟

It's been a cold few weeks but that hasn't stopped our bootcampers! Come along for some fresh air, lots of chat and a great group of people. We aim for a full body workout, and whatever your fitness level you can join in at your own pace

We are on this evening, so why not come and join us and see why people keep coming back 💪💪

🌟🌟FAIRFORD BOOTCAMP RESTARTS TOMORROW🌟🌟

Is that sunshine we see...... (let's just ignore the frost and potential snow for now!)

After a break for Christmas and New Year we are pleased to say Fairford Bootcamp is back on again from Saturday!

ABOUT US

We are an all year round outdoor bootcamp based at Fairford Youth Football Club on Horcott Road.

Read below for more information, or just come along and give us a try!

SESSIONS

Sessions last around 50 minutes, which are a mixture of strength, conditioning and cardio. There is something for everyone and you can go at your own pace- beginners are always welcome and will be taught the exercises and given alternatives where required. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Our sessions are outside all year round, so bring warm clothes (inclusing hats and gloves) and also a drink as it's thirsty work! Some of our best sessions have been on rainy days, we have a great bunch of people attending and everyone finishes the sessions smiling 😃

Our January dates are up online ready for you to book on, so come and join us!

Mondays 6.30pm
Wednesdays 6.30pm
Saturdays 8.30am

COST

Sessions cost £6.50 each, or there are passes available at reduced costs- our best seller is 12 sessions for £40 which has a three month expiry- that works out at just £3.33 per session!

A bit of rain doesn't stop our bootcampers! ☔️🌧 Although hopefully the field won't be quite as wet as this!

Don't let the rain get you down- did you know that regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood.

We are here for you whatever the weather, with a range of exercises to keep you motivated, and smiles to boost your mood. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your age, whatever your shape or size... we are here and we promise you'll finish the session feeling great, you won't regret it!

So come and give it a go, come and increase those endorphins with us!

Tonight's session is 6.30pm-7.20pm, bring a warm top for afterwards, and remember your drink.
