And the winners are…

This wasn’t even rigged! First comp in 3 years where blanvoyage and Dan have not only ended up in the same team but also ended up top of the podium!!

Shout out to Jake Falshaw who pretty much single handedly won the first workout 😂😂😂

This years competition included a “zero grips” gymnastics challenge, a maths test, water fight, legless assault bike, bench up and overs, a water fight and of course - beer chugging. What more could you want?

Thank you to Dan for continuously coming up with stupid s**t for us all to do 😂😂😂

Three years ago we took over a gym.

What we’ve learned since is that owning a gym has very little to do with barbells and burpees.

It’s early mornings and late nights.
It’s cleaning toilets and fixing broken kit.
It’s worrying about memberships, payroll and bills.
It’s answering messages at all hours and spending far too much time discussing the ins and outs of every event we’ve ever run.

But it’s also watching people walk through the doors for the first time and become completely different versions of themselves.

It’s seeing friendships form.
It’s celebrating weddings, babies, promotions and life-changing achievements.
It’s watching people discover they’re capable of more than they ever believed.

Three years in, we’re still learning every day.
But one thing we’re certain of:

Building this community has been worth every challenge.

Thank you for being part of it.

With our 3rd year birthday on the horizon we always like to look back on where we’ve come from…

What start as a wild idea soon snowballed into something that neither or ever expected! We’ve more than quadrupled in membership in 3 years, we’ve learned soooo many lessons along the way and our community is stronger than ever - in more way than one 💪🏽

We can’t thank you all enough!

So, in honour of our 3rd birthday we thought we’d take a trip down memory lane and see how we got to our now iconic logos. We think you’ll all agree there were some f***ing awful options in there 😂😂😂

Paratus is turning 3 and we want you to come and celebrate with us!

So far the celebrations have included water fights, been chugging, partner carries, balloon animals, water balloon target practice, the floor is lava, 1RM bicep curls and of course beer chugging. What ridiculousness will come up with this year???

We’d love for as many of you as possible to come and join in with the stupidity!!

Book on via the WodBoard app. We have the in house comp starting at 8:30am and evening celebrations from 6pm
