The weight can start creeping up as the years roll by,
energy dips,
and just when you should be getting your life back and some time for YOU it feels like you're stuck in a funk,
a slow negative spiral
You know what you probably 'should' be doing,
but just don't seem to be getting going with it
One of those things you know you 'should' be doing,
especially after hearing more and more about how important it is especially for women as they get older...
Is learning how to lift weights and making strength training a part of your life
Now this is quite a bold claim,
and if you've been around me for a while you'll know I'm very much against the 'magic solution / hack' culture that's worked its way into the health & fitness world BUT...
Strength training is as close to a magic medicine as you'll find (we are talking about lifting weights for longevity, making daily life feel easier, and maintaining independence and health for as long as possible, not the bodybuilding picture you've probably got in your head)
