Congratulations to everyone who attended the grading and passed. As always very proud of all my students.

Congratulations to Albert and Arianna on achieving and receiving their 1st Dan in Shukokai karate, despite their young ages nearly 11 years training between the both🙏

Specail thanks to my lady Sarah who supports me continually, bringing the best of me out.

Todays grading I want to dedicate to a friend and colleague i worked with who has sadly recently passed far too soon.
